Unarmed Security Guard

Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Unarmed Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. In this role, you will serve as the first line of defense by monitoring access points, conducting patrols, and maintaining a visible presence that deters potential threats. Responsibilities Monitor entrances and exits to control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address security concerns Use surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to observe activity and detect unusual behavior Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations or disturbances Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks Enforce safety policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access Assist in conflict management by calmly resolving disputes or disturbances on-site Requirements Prior experience or training in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable Ability to handle conflict management situations with professionalism and composure Strong observational skills with attention to detail during patrols and inspections Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately Physical ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods as needed Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive!
