The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Responsibilities Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV. Enforce rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all individuals on-site. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action. Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations. Document daily activities, incidents, and irregularities in detailed reports. Must not leave your post until your replacement has arrived. Experience Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not required. Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention techniques is advantageous. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
