Job Description
Responsibilities Responsible for a variety of routine safety and emergency security activities while safeguarding students, employees, visitors, patients, and property. First responder to all emergency incidents within the assigned facility. Responsible for the safe de-escalation of critical events and the use of sound judgment in the engagement with combative or escalating subjects. Qualifications Education H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required Work Experience 2 years of experience in general security, military or other public safety experience where required to actively carry a firearm in the regular course of duty Required or equivalence of training and job experience to support effective demonstration of responsible handling of weapons and use of force.
