Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Site Integrity in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support residents and visitors with exceptional customer service and communication. AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and authorized contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor access to the residential property, verify authorized entry, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
