Duties include:
Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas Monitor and secure all access points to prevent unauthorized entry Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a confident, approachable presence Write accurate and detailed reports using company software or mobile applications Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors De-escalate situations calmly, professionally, and respectfully Maintain and care for company equipment, including radios, vehicles, and keys Follow all post orders and site-specific procedures to ensure operational excellence Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required Hawaii State Guard Card required (must be active) Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required Must pass a background check and drug screening Reliable transportation and a dependable device for communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organization Physically able to move or lift up to 20 lbs Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer satisfaction Preferred Skills Previous experience as a Security Guard, Patrol Officer, or similar role Knowledge of loss prevention and property protection procedures Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team About Signal At Signal, we believe in creating peace of mind for the communities we serve.
