TBD Wage based on experience. The Security Office Manager is the central coordinator and administrative leader for the Security Department, specializing in managing the day-to-day operations of the security office. This role is dedicated to developing, implementing, and overseeing security office protocols, ensuring that all office functions, such as incident reporting, compliance documentation, and payroll processing are executed accurately and in alignment with gaming regulations. What your duties include, but not limited to: Maintain, review, and ensure accuracy of all security documentation, including incident reports, dispatch logs, regulatory records, subpoenas, self-exclusion documentation, and record retention files in compliance with gaming regulations and company policies. Support investigations, audits, inspections, and employee relations processes through accurate documentation management, reporting, and compliance tracking. Coordinate communication and operational support between Security, Surveillance, Compliance, Human Resources, vendors, and other departments regarding investigations, incident response, procurement, and departmental operations. Manage security technology and access control systems, including dispatch/CAD platforms, incident reporting software, electronic key systems, and department key control procedures to ensure operational security and accountability. Administer departmental payroll through the designated system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies Oversee departmental inventory, procurement, invoices, vendor relationships, and supply management to ensure operational readiness and compliance with purchasing standards.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of casino security experience with 2+ years in a management role. Experience in a regulated gaming environment strongly preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable gaming license. CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred. Valid driver's license. Computer experience required (Excel, Microsoft Outlook and Word). Strong understanding of casino operations and gaming regulations. Knowledge of incident reporting and investigative processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security-related systems. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Obtain and retain license through Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. May be required to respond to emergencies on property. Work performed in both office and casino floor environments. Must be able to handle a fast paced and stressful environment and be able to tolerate secondary smoke along with loud noise.
