Job Description
Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and hospital staff in a courteous and professional manner. Guide individuals through the hospital's weapons screening process. Operate walk-through metal detectors and handheld screening wands (training provided). Allow entry after successful completion of the screening process. Notify on-site Security Officer II personnel of any potential weapons or security concerns. Maintain a calm, respectful, and professional demeanor when interacting with the public. Follow all hospital safety, security, and screening procedures. Provide excellent customer service while promoting a safe and positive environment. Required Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills. Friendly, professional, and approachable attitude. Ability to remain calm and composed in sensitive or high-traffic situations. Comfortable working in a hospital environment and performing weapons screening duties. Ability to follow established policies and procedures. Training will be provided.
