Work Shift 2 - Second Shift Job Summary Are you the type of person who takes pride in maintaining a safe and secure environment for team members, customers, and guests? In this role you will participate and assist in emergency response efforts, protect company assets, and assist in the enforcement of security protocols. We're looking for individuals with a high degree of integrity, an aptitude for situational awareness, and strong attention to detail. What You'll Do 1. Respond to onsite emergency medical calls and dispatch external responder resources in emergencies. 2. Manage all on site emergencies - severe weather, utility disruptions, chemical spills, fires, armed intruders, etc. 3. Protect company assets through enforcing policy and maintaining a presence to detect, deter, observe and report. 4. Investigate and document all security incidents and complete investigations according to established processes. 5. Document all activities, observations, and relevant information each shift in provided systems. 6. Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to team members, departments, customers and visitors. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required with one year of security, law enforcement, military, corrections facility, or emergency response experience desired. First Aid, CPR, AED, and Bloodborne Pathogens certifications preferred. Must have valid driver's license to perform duties. Possess strong conflict management, non-escalation and de-escalation skills. Excellent surveillance and observation skills. Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage competing priorities. Travel No travel is expected of this position.
