PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused corporate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking facilities, building entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report observations. Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures in accordance with site policies. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed. Prepare clear, accurate reports and activity logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
