This role involves patrolling and monitoring premises, controlling access points, observing personnel, and directing truck and incoming traffic.

Pay:

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Schedule:

Flexible / On-call. Must be available to cover shifts for vacations, sick days, and other call-ins. Shifts are typically 12 hours, either day shift or graveyard.

Hours:

Approximately 35-40 hours per week

Job Responsibilities:

Patrol property and monitor buildings, grounds, and access points Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect facilities and equipment Control entry to the property and check in personnel, directing them to the correct location Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing violators of policies and procedures Respond to alarms and security issues as needed Direct traffic and assist visitors or workers on-site Complete reports by recording observations, incidents, and security activities Interview witnesses and obtain necessary documentation or signatures when incidents occur Help maintain a safe working environment by following all legal and safety requirements

Requirements:

Ability to work night shifts (graveyard hours) and weekends Strong observation, communication, and traffic management skills Reliable and professional with a focus on safety Must be available for on-call coverage Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or graveyard) Strong observation and communication skills Ability to remain alert and professional in all situations
