Full Job Description Job Description:

Security is responsible for maintaining a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and performers throughout all venue operations. Security staff are expected to enforce venue policies consistently while contributing to a positive guest experience. This is a Supplemental/ Part time position, based on show schedule and event calandar.

Key Responsibilities:

Check guest ID's and verity legal age requirements, and validity of ID Check in guests for scheduled shows with accuracy Monitor entrance activity and control venue access Seat guests and maintain an organized room flow Implement and uphold all security procedures at the entrance and throughout the venue Monitor audience behavior during the show, and insure an uninterrupted show Address and manage: Excessive table talk Heckling or disruptive behavior Phone usage during show Unauthorized photography or video recording Maintain a visible and professional presence throughout the venue Assist with general venue upkeep throughout shifts

Requirments:

Must be over 21 Previous venue/ Bar security experience Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work as a part of a team Must be comfortable working in the dark and maneuvering through tight spaces Must be okay with working "seasonal" as winter and fall is our busy season.
