Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors while following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Control access at entry points for a food and beverage location by verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests and contractors to proper check-in areas. Monitor and/or operate access control systems, gates, and cameras; report irregular activity, damaged barriers, and/or unauthorized entry attempts per post orders. Coordinate entry for deliveries and pickups by checking driver credentials, confirming appointment information, and communicating with receiving and/or shipping teams as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document events in daily reports, and conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned.
