Responsibilities Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems (CCTV) to detect suspicious activity and ensure continuous site security. Control access points using advanced access control systems, verifying identities and authorizations of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including buildings, parking areas, and perimeter fences, to identify potential security breaches or hazards. Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by following established emergency response procedures; provide first aid or CPR when necessary. Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other noteworthy events with clarity and accuracy. Perform background checks on new hires or vendors as part of the onboarding process to ensure compliance with security regulations. Manage conflict de-escalation techniques and conflict management strategies to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining safety. Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service or related fields preferred. Knowledge of physical security measures including CCTV operation, manual handling techniques, and access control systems. Ability to perform background checks and conduct thorough screening processes in compliance with regulations. Strong observational skills with experience in surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and incident report writing. Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor; ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences. Physical fitness to perform patrolling duties, heavy lifting tasks, and emergency response actions effectively. Familiarity with fire safety protocols and emergency response procedures for various situations including fire alarms or medical emergencies.
