In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment by monitoring premises, controlling access, and ensuring the security of personnel and property. Your presence will help deter potential threats and respond effectively to incidents, contributing to the overall safety of our clients' facilities. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure safety Control access points by verifying credentials for employees, visitors, and contractors Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity and identify suspicious behavior Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid or CPR if necessary Manage conflict situations with professionalism and conflict management skills Document incidents through detailed reports and logs for future reference Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when required to ensure swift action Qualifications Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is preferred Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention techniques Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent observational skills and attention to detail Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during shifts Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations Join us in creating safer environments through your dedication and vigilance!
