Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter. Monitor CCTV camera systems and investigate suspicious or unusual activity. Manage access control systems, including badge access and key control. Qualifications & Skills Highschool / GED Required 2+ years of Public Safety Experience. Experience Preferred Prior experience in security, public safety, law enforcement, military, or a related safety role preferred, Experience working in a customer service or community-oriented environment preferred, Experience writing incident reports and documenting safety-related events is a plus, Experience monitoring security systems such as CCTV, alarms, or access control systems is beneficial, Experience working in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or residential environments is a plus but not required.
