AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge checks, and other security-related policies. Monitor and document the entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and/or delivery traffic at gates, docks, lobbies, and other access points within the location. Verify identification, credentials, manifests, and/or visitor information before granting access, while reporting discrepancies according to post orders and client guidelines. Respond to incidents, alarm conditions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, parking areas, and shipping or receiving zones to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

A guard card or license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
