Job Description

We are hiring dependable, professional, and motivated Unarmed Security Officers (1099) to provide security for a manufacturing warehouse in Niles, IL . Security Officer duties are as follows, duties include but are not limited to:

Observe:

Maintain awareness and identify inconsistencies.

Report:

Document incidents, critical situations, and daily activity.

Deter:

Maintain a professional presence to help prevent security issues. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualified applicants for the position will meet the minimum requirements, as described below: 1099 Independent Contractor 2nd & 3rd shifts available Weekend and holiday availability required Active PERC Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of security experience Must pass a background check and post-offer drug/alcohol screening

Essential Physical and Mental Functions:

Stand and walk for extended periods on various surfaces Occasionally climb, bend, twist, lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and run when necessary Use hands, vision, hearing, and communication skills continuously to observe, report, and interact with the public Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions Maintain strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and professionalism Complete clear written reports and follow operating procedures; basic computer skills may be required Handle high-volume public interactions effectively We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
