About Us:
Mark International is a Veteran operated private security organization that specializes in providing security solutions to a wide variety of clients across the State.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and qualified Armed Security Officer to join our cannabis security agent team. The ideal candidate should possess all necessary licenses and certifications for armed security work, including a recent range certification on file with IDFPR. These licenses include a valid
PERC / FOID
/ Driver License / 40-hour armed security guard course certificate and a recent range qualification within the last 12 months.
Responsibilities:
Provide vigilant security and protection for the premises, assets, and personnel. Man the security checkpoint at reception and allow only authorized guests to pass. Patrol designated areas to detect and prevent security threats. Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms. Act promptly and responsibly during emergency situations. Maintain accurate records and reports of incidents. Escort staff safely to their vehicles at closing time
Requirements:
Must possess all necessary licenses and permits for armed security work. Up-to-date range certifications and training. Proven experience in security-related roles preferred. Strong attention to detail and situational awareness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
