Key Responsibilities Maintain the security and safety of healthcare sites through regular patrols Enforce rules, regulations, policies, and procedures with professionalism Respond promptly to emergencies and provide security assistance Engage with patients, staff, and visitors to offer assistance and directions Monitor CCTV systems to identify and prevent potential issues Essential Skills & Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Military and/or Corrections experience preferred Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficient with computer systems and incident reporting High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of related experience Valid driver's license Work Environment & Physical Requirements On-site role with day and night shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand or sit for up to four hours and perform foot patrols Must stay alert and able to lift up to 15 pounds Why Join PalAmerican Security?
