As an Access Control Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage site entry, verify credentials, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and vehicle access records, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, trailer yards, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity. Document daily activities, incidents, and irregularities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
