Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our facilities, clients and staff. Part time position, 3 days a week 8 PM- 6 AM Responsibilities Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular inspections of premises to identify security risks or breaches. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate actions are taken. Maintain detailed reports of security incidents, investigations, and daily activities. Conduct conflict management interventions when disputes arise among individuals on the premises. Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Requirements Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, clients, visitors, and law enforcement personnel. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary. A strong sense of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
