, you will oversee all the Ste's ARNG Intelligence and Security activities, based on Ste force structure, equipment, and missions, which may include any or all of the following; Intelligence programs and General Intelligence Security functional areas: Personnel Security (PERSEC), Informion Security (INFOSEC), Sensitive Compartmented Informion (SCI), Foreign Disclosure, Communicion Security (COMSEC) oversight th includes Department of the Army Cryptological Access Program (DACAP), Security Educion and Training Awareness (SETA), and Industrial Security (ISP),The Army Language Program (TALP), Foundry Intelligence Training Program, Thre Awareness and Reporting Program (TARP), and Intelligence Oversight (IO). Develop, interpret, and oversee the administrion of ste policies, rules, and procedures adapted from policies prescribed by the ARNG, Department of the Army, Department of Defense, and/or other federal laws or regulions. Develops and promulges short and long-range Ste intelligence plans and projects future requirements. Support subordine units and intelligence sections in developing training plans th support MI technical proficiency. Integres, as applicable, the ARNG Funds Reimbursable Authority (FRA) and Federed Intelligence Program (FIP), Processing, Exploition and Disseminion (PED) missions into the training, readiness, and retention plan for Ste Army Intelligence personnel. Work Schedule:
This position works on a 5/4/9 compressed work schedule th consists of a 5 day workweek, then a 4 day workweek ( 8 nine-hour days and 1 eight-hour day and an SDO, Scheduled Day Off) to complete the 80 hour pay period. Work schedule is subject to change based on mission requirements. GENERAL EXPERIENCE
: Must have experience, educion, or training which demonstres administrive, professional, investigive, or technical work requiring the ability to deal effectively with others, to collect, evalue and organize pertinent facts. Experience preparing clear and concise written reports.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
: Musthave experience, educion or training developing and recommending policy, organizing and carrying out specific programs, evaluing and recommending changes in methods of intelligence operions. Experience in administrive, investigive, or technical work which required the applicant to deal effectively with others. Experience collecting, evaluing and organizing pertinent facts and to analyze and prepare clear and concise reports. Experience in plans, organizes, and directs intelligence and security work which requires significant, analysis, interpretions, judgment, and evaluion. As the senior intelligence and security office of the ste the incumbent will frequently be called upon to use their expertise to resolve conflicts in interpretion of policy, law, guidelines, etc. Must have experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel. Applicants who meet the DoD Retained Grade Priority Placement Program cegory are eligible to apply with this preference.
