Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches Operate access control systems to verify identities and authorize entry for employees, visitors, and contractors Utilize CCTV surveillance equipment for continuous monitoring of the property and surrounding areas Respond promptly to emergency situations following established procedures, including fire alarms, medical incidents, or security threats Write detailed incident reports documenting any security concerns, breaches, or accidents with clarity and accuracy Perform background checks on new personnel as part of the screening process to ensure compliance with security policies Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining safety for all parties involved Qualifications Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Strong knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and access control systems Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and Taser use preferred Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and physical security measures when necessary Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and conflict management Familiarity with emergency response procedures and compliance with security regulations Demonstrated ability to perform background checks and conduct thorough security screenings Embark on a rewarding career where your vigilance makes a difference!
