Job Description
Job Overview We are currently hiring for Professional Unarmed Security Officers Full-time & Part-time schedules available. The right candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in the security industry, and pass random drug screening. The hours available are Monday through Friday 6pm to 6am Tuesday, Saturday & Sundays 6am to 6pm and/or 6pm to 6am Duties Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and address potential security issues Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) to oversee activity and detect suspicious behavior Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, and vendors Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies with appropriate action and communication Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping purposes Support emergency response procedures including first aid or CPR when necessary Requirements Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred Certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management is highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques is advantageous Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and visitors Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods throughout the shift If interested, please call our office directly 1-866-636-3098 and mention the Monroe job position.
