Duties Maintain a highly visible security presence through patrols and stationed posts to deter unlawful activity and ensure safety. Conduct thorough inspections of personnel, vehicles, and premises using surveillance tools such as CCTV systems and physical checks. Respond promptly to security incidents, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations effectively. Enforce access control protocols by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies, providing detailed reports and support as needed. Monitor surveillance equipment continuously to detect suspicious activity or breaches of security protocols. Administer first aid or CPR in emergencies until professional medical assistance arrives, demonstrating preparedness for critical situations. Skills Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on armed security roles. Strong surveillance skills with proficiency in CCTV operation and loss prevention techniques. Excellent conflict management abilities to handle tense situations calmly and professionally. Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification to provide immediate assistance during emergencies. Familiarity with security systems, access control procedures, and emergency response protocols. Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining high levels of attention to detail. Effective communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and collaborating with emergency responders.
