Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by enforcing policies, monitoring surveillance systems, and responding to incidents. This role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent conflict management skills, and the ability to act decisively in high-pressure situations. Responsibilities Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure the safety of premises. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations as necessary. Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor. Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required for incident reporting and resolution. Conduct loss prevention measures to minimize theft or damage to property. Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents. Qualifications Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred. Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of conflict management techniques and surveillance operations. Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security protocols. Ability to operate security equipment, including CCTV systems. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and collaboration.
