P/T Security Associate

This opening is for nights and weekends, with other flexibility preferred. United Cultivation is looking for additional security personnel for it's Bolton, MA retail location. We are seeking to hire experienced Retail Security Associates to join our team. Cannabis is a highly regulated industry that requires compliance with MA state regulations. United Cultivation will operate in a safe and secure environment at all times. The Retail Security Associate will help United Cultivation maintain regulatory compliance from a security perspective. We are looking for welcoming, professional individuals to greet customers and maintain the security and safety of the dispensary and facility grounds.

In this Role you will:

Authorize entrance of dispensary staff and customers Check customer ID's to ensure minimum age requirement of 21+ for individuals accessing the retail dispensary and customers on the facility grounds Maintain customer confidentiality Enter new customer identification or locate customer information in software system Direct customers into retail dispensary based on pick-up order or walk-in designation Maintain capacity restrictions Monitor surveillance systems and cameras, maintaining all access and egress points on the property Responsible for signing-in visitors and allowing deliveries in and out of the building Perform lockup and unlock duties where needed Respond to alarms in a compliant and timely manner Act as emergency point of contact for local police, fire, EMT Promptly report any suspicious behaviors or activities to management Maintain video camera backups and logbook Direct phone calls to the proper department Requirements and Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience in security or similar role Must be able to pass required background checks Obtain Registered Agent Card issued by MA Cannabis Control Commission Have welcoming nature Be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time Patrol facility grounds in all weather conditions Must be able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Must be authorized to work in the
