Armed Security Guard

Sign-On-Bonus (based on training and experience) Alliance Detective & Security Service, Inc, seeks to hire Armed Security Guards in the Somerville/Medford, MA areas , who are friendly, professional, and have customer service and security experience.

Work shifts:

Part-time and full-time opportunities. We are looking for candidates for daytime (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) as well as candidates that have flexibility with second and third shifts. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Must be available 2 shifts per week and at least one weekend day per week. Pay is $19.50 - $22.00 / hour (based on training and experience).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent 19+ years of age Valid Drivers' License and Personally Owned Vehicle MA-LTC (employment or no restrictions) Must own personal pistol in 9mm or 40cal. Verifiable training in "how to shoot" (military or law enforcement) 1 year of security experience Capable of following complex instructions Knowledge of security operations and procedures Flexible work availability Command presence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Personal cell phone (to call on and off duty with our dispatch center) Personal e-mail (to accept and confirm shift assignments) Willingness to participate in the company's screening process Ability to pass a
