Responsibilities Conduct routine patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards Monitor surveillance cameras (CCTV) to oversee activity and detect suspicious behavior Manage access control by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors Respond swiftly and appropriately to incidents, conflicts or emergencies using conflict management skills Assist in loss prevention by observing and reporting theft or vandalism activities Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, ensuring safety during medical emergencies Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping purposes Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service or related fields is highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV) and security protocols Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security best practices Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse audiences Demonstrated reliability with a strong sense of integrity and responsibility Join us in delivering a safe environment where everyone feels protected!
