PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to port facility visitors, personnel, contractors, and authorized drivers while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols. Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of assigned facilities, access points, waterfront areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access to restricted areas by checking credentials, directing authorized individuals and vehicles, and reporting access concerns in accordance with site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports. Document daily activities, observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
