- What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, while reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and help maintain orderly entry and exit procedures.
- Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements
- Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Proof of high school diploma or equivalent required
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
