Overnight Security The Overnight Security Officer safeguards guests, staff, and property during overnight hours by maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring access points and surveillance systems, and responding promptly to safety concerns. This role serves as a key point of contact for guest assistance and property protection across the Waterfront Campus and other CBBC-managed locations. Scope of Responsibilities Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols across all assigned properties to ensure guest and staff safety Verify the integrity of security locks, alarms, and access points throughout the property Monitor surveillance systems and respond to incidents in real time Provide escort services to guests upon request Document observations and incidents through accurate, timely written reports Coordinate with Front Desk and Night Audit teams on room-related deliveries and issues Liaise with local law enforcement as needed to support guest and property safety Maintain cleanliness of designated facilities and pool area, including routine role tows Position Type/Work Schedule Expectation Full-time and part-time positions are available. Physical Demands:

This role is primarily sedentary in nature; however, it requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform routine movements such as bending, standing, and ascending or descending stairs as operationally necessary.
