The Security Officer provides protective services, including application of management of aggressive behavior skills and performing patrols inside and outside of the facility. Provides for escort of patients and visitors. Guards patients as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

N/A Licensure/Certification/Registration:

Basic Training for Healthcare Security Officer Certification from the International Association of Healthcare Safety and Security within six (6) months of hire into position. Certification in MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) training within six (6) months of hire into position. Completion of CPR/AED certification within six (6) months of hire. WI Background Study upon hire and renewed per WI state law. Valid driver's license within 12 months of hire.
