Job Description
Job Overview Job Overview Fairview is hiring a Security Officer at our University of MN Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you'll be the calm, confident presence that helps patients, visitors, and staff feel safe from the moment they walk through the doors. You'll patrol the hospital, respond to calls for service, assist with difficult or high-risk situations, and proactively prevent theft or vandalism—while delivering strong customer service every step of the way. This is a 0.9 FTE night-shift position (72 hours per pay period) with an every other weekend rotation. Starting pay is $26.07 per hour and increases with experience, plus shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package that includes tuition reimbursement, a 403(b), and annual merit increases.
