Job Description
Job Overview Entry level security position at a shopping center. Great for those just starting off in the industry or looking to get their foot in the door of one of the fastest growing companies in the country. Responsibilities Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of the mall, parking lots, and surrounding property. Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems. Respond to emergencies including medical incidents, disturbances, fires, and security threats. Investigate and document accidents, thefts, property damage, and policy violations. Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports. Provide directions and assistance to shoppers, guests, and tenants. Enforce mall rules, policies, and trespass notices. Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel when necessary. Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas. Assist with crowd control during special events, holidays, and emergencies. Conduct lock/unlock procedures and security inspections of tenant spaces as required.
