PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a medical technology manufacturing and office location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation. Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, unusual activity, and facility concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
