This position will assist building level administration with ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, site guests and District property through diligent observations, interactions, appropriate interventions or investigations, searches, timely incident reports and ongoing input during meetings on established safety and security policies and practices. The Richfield Public School District is in the heart of the Twin Cities Metropolitan area and serves a diverse student population in Richfield and the surrounding communities. Richfield Public Schools inspires and empowers each individual to learn, grow and excel.
Qualifications:
High School or GED equivalent. Security experience preferred, but not necessary. Desire and ability to develop relationships with both students and adults; self-motivated; responsible and dependable; conflict resolution. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Pay Rate:
$21.60-$23.99 (Based on education and experience). Richfield Public Schools offers a comprehensive benefit package.
Schedule:
8 hours per day, working student contact days.
