901‑365‑9728 Job Description Phelps Security is hiring Armed and Unarmed Security Guards for multiple locations across Tennessee and Mississippi. All shifts are available. Experience is preferred but not required — we will train the right candidates! Responsibilities Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients and property Monitor and patrol assigned areas Report incidents, suspicious activity, and safety concerns Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional presence Requirements 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED No criminal history; must pass background check and drug screening Valid driver's license or state ID Reliable transportation Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Referral program
