Respond promptly to emergencies by following established procedures for fire safety, medical incidents, or security breaches. Write detailed incident reports documenting any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches for record-keeping and future reference. Handle conflict de-escalation techniques to manage disputes calmly and professionally while maintaining safety for all parties involved. Operate firearms and non-lethal weapons such as Tasers safely and responsibly in accordance with legal regulations. Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when required for equipment or securing areas. Conduct routine surveillance activities using CCTV cameras and other security technology to detect potential threats or unauthorized access. Assist law enforcement agencies during investigations or when executing search warrants and background checks. Support emergency response procedures including

CPR, AED

operation, first aid administration, and fire safety protocols to ensure immediate care when needed. Qualifications Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields demonstrating strong physical security skills. Certification in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and emergency response procedures. Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and access control systems; familiarity with loss prevention techniques is a plus. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Excellent incident report writing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation of events. Strong conflict management abilities with experience in conflict de-escalation techniques. Physical fitness capable of performing patrolling duties that may include heavy lifting and long periods of standing or walking. Familiarity with legal regulations governing firearm handling, security protocols, and compliance standards.
