PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare-related location. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and support visitor, staff, and vendor entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
