PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout assigned areas, including building interiors, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter, while reporting unusual conditions and security-related concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for patients, visitors, and staff. Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation accurately and promptly.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
