JOB SUMMARY
The Certified Security Officer at North Mississippi Health Services is responsible for ensuring the security of the facility, personnel, patients, and visitors of NMHS and maintaining ongoing required certifications. This role utilizes strong communication and organizational skills to monitor the NMHS facility, respond to and document any incidents that occur, remain up-to-date on best practices in security procedures, enforce all applicable policies, procedures, and law, and maintain a strong reputation and relationship across NMHS. |

  • Provides protection of people and property of NMMC.
  • Enforces and gains compliance of all applicable policies, rules, and regulations.
  • Patrols NMHS Tupelo properties responding to and documenting all security and safety concerns.
