Security Guard

Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Unarmed Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. In this role, you will monitor access points and respond promptly to any security concerns. Your proactive presence will help prevent theft, manage conflicts, and maintain a safe environment for staff, visitors, and property. Responsibilities Monitor entrances and exits to control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Perform routine patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety protocols are followed Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate disputes Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for record-keeping purposes Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement or military is highly desirable but not mandatory; training can be provided Familiarity with conflict management strategies and emergency response procedures Candidates with military or security backgrounds are encouraged to apply Ability to stay alert during long shifts and handle stressful situations with composure Strong communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and visitors Join us in creating a secure environment where safety is a shared priority!
