Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Clayton, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a pharmaceutical location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position offers the opportunity to support a caring, innovative environment while working with a reliable team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and other assigned areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns.

Monitor access points, verify credentials as required, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts according to site procedures.

Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.

Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, documenting incidents, observations, patrols, and security-related concerns in accordance with Allied Universal and site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
