PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with facility policies, directing individuals to appropriate locations when needed.
Document incidents, observations, and/or patrol activities accurately and report security-related concerns to site leadership or Allied Universal supervision.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21+ years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
