Job Overview We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Part Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises during daytime hours. This role involves monitoring the facility, controlling access points, and maintaining a secure environment through active surveillance and prompt response to incidents. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and committed to safeguarding assets and personnel. Responsibilities Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Control access to the facility by verifying identification and authorizations of employees, visitors, and contractors Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks or safety hazards Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents with appropriate action and communication Maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and inspections during each shift Enforce safety protocols and conflict management procedures to de-escalate tense situations effectively Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to ensure swift resolution of issues Skills Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and loss prevention techniques Ability to perform first aid and CPR in emergency situations Strong conflict management skills with a calm and assertive demeanor Familiarity with security procedures, access control protocols, and emergency response plans Excellent observational skills with attention to detail during shifts Ability to handle stressful situations professionally while maintaining high alertness throughout extended periods Working hours: Friday- Sunday 7a - 7p
