Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary. Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate tensions. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incident reports, and security checks for record-keeping and compliance purposes. Skills Strong knowledge of surveillance technology including CCTV systems and alarm monitoring. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Background in law enforcement, military service, or security experience is highly desirable. Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and tact. Effective communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and emergency responders.
