Deliver exceptional concierge-style customer service. Patrol assigned areas and monitor access control. Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents. De-escalate situations and enforce site policies. Complete reports and incident documentation. Represent GardaWorld Security with professionalism, integrity, and respect. What We're Looking For Professional appearance and communication skills. Customer service-focused mindset. Sound judgment and situational awareness. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Security experience preferred, but not required. State security license (where applicable). CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
