AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or access credentials, and following site-specific security-related procedures for an aerospace and defense location. Monitor lobby and reception activity, manage visitor check-in and sign-in processes, and communicate access requests, deliveries, and/or guest arrivals to appropriate contacts. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details through required logs, systems, and/or chain-of-command notifications. Answer phones, support badge and key control processes when assigned, and help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of front desk activity and following post orders. Complete required documentation, maintain accurate visitor and incident records, and assist with emergency response activities in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
