Security Officer

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Security Officer to safeguard our premises, assets, and personnel. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response. Your dedication will ensure the safety of everyone on-site while upholding the highest standards of security protocols. No Experience Necessary. This position is in Beulah North Dakota. Housing provided while on shift in Beulah. Must have reliable transportation.

PAID TRAINING

Shifts 7am-7pm: 4 days on 4 days off schedule 7pm-7am: 4 days on, 4 days off schedule. Overtime available. 1099 option available. Duties Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring CPR or first aid. Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized entry. Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately and promptly. Skills Strong knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV and alarm systems. Certified in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance in medical emergencies. Experience or background in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable. Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with loss prevention techniques to deter theft and protect assets. Ability to operate computers, printers and mobile phone effectively and follow detailed protocols.
